I, Kudrat Virk, own the website InkSmart Editing. The website is hosted by Squarespace. This Privacy Policy informs you of my policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use this website and your choices and rights with regard to that information.

Squarespace needs the data to run my website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.

Service Providers
a. Squarespace
I share your personal information with Squarespace, my web analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity. The shared information includes: information about your browser, network, and computer or mobile device; web pages you visited prior to coming to my website; and your IP address. This information may also include details about your use of my website, including: clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. b. Google
I download and store your personal information, including the information you submit by completing the form on my Contact page, on Google Drive.
I use Google reCAPTCHA to protect my website from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to tell humans and bots apart.
I may also use Google Analytics as a web analytics provider to learn about site traffic and activity. Collected data will be shared with other Google services and may be used by Google to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

c. Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts
My website uses font files from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display the site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you, including: information about your browser, network, or computer or mobile device; and your IP address.
3. Retention of Personal Information
I will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. I will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with my legal obligations (for example, if I am required to retain your information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce my legal agreements and policies.
