I have a BA with Honours in International Studies, summa cum laude, from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (now Randolph College) in the United States; and an MPhil and DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford in England. I also have over 10 years of varied and progressively responsible work experience, acquired in the U.S, England, India, and South Africa. My subject-areas of expertise and interest include:
